How does your pricing work?
Most companies charge per mat, we do too. We rent our mats out for $1.80 + GST per day per mat. No part day charges. Minimum one week hre.
How many mats do I need?
To get an idea of the cost, measure the length of the area that you need to get vehicles or diggers across, divide it by 2.4 if you're using connectors or 2.3 if you're overlapping the edges of the mats.
Our mats can either be connected with a connector or the edges overlapped.
Is there a Minimum Hireage Period?
No not at all, we can accommodate any hireage period from one day to 6 months+.
We have a minimum charge of one week.
Can I pick up the ground protection mats?
Yes no problems at all. Just give us a call and we'll arrange a pick up day and time.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes if we drop the mats off to site we charge a delivery fee. Our delivery fee starts at $90 + GST. The distance from our storage yard and number of mats are the main factors we take into account.
We can delivery up to 75 mats with a truck and trailer in one load.
Can I drive a loaded truck or digger on these mats?
Yes definitely. Our mats are rated to 80 ton carrying capacity so no problems there. Diggers above 10T tend to the damage the mats however so we suggest that you use steel plates if using diggers above 10T.
Do i need to clean the mats before returning them?
No we clean the mats ourselves, however we ask that they don't come back with chunks of mud or a layer of mud on them.
